Marissa is truly the best!! I had realized I likely had lice and immediately started calling around different places in the area. Despite it being a holiday, Marissa quickly called me back for an immediate appointment. Upon arrival she not only treated myself and my boyfriend, she also checked my other family members. Marissa was incredibly knowledgeable about this process and so so kind. She also most importantly solved our lice issue! Happy to have the two follow up appointments, but am feeling so much better (and happier!) after our first appointment with Marissa at Buggheads. So grateful for her work!

Fantastic service! Hopefully won’t need to use it again but with six hoodlums it’s likely. I couldn’t be more thrilled that 1) this service exists 2) they make combatting the very common condition of lice fun 3) it’s all natural and works! And, 4) Marissa cuts/shaves hair when necessary!  Excellent service ladies!

Marissa and Betty were wonderful with us! They got everything fast and my daughter had fun in the process. They definitely took the panic and the anxiety out of our first experience with Lice. I tried over the counter products and nothing helped, plus its so harsh on the hair. But buggheads was so great! And there products are natural that you can use it in your hair everyday. I will never bother with over the counter products again, I Will always just come here first. Highly recommend this place

I, too, called Buggheads in a panic after discovering lice and nits in my daughter’s hair, the day after she was “checked” at school (she was cleared by the school). A coworker had referred them, and I am ever so grateful. Marissa and Betty not only know exactly what to do to treat and prevent lice, but they are wonderful, engaging, hard working people. As much as I would have loved to get through the childhood years lice/nit free, I am so glad that these lovely women opened up this business in our area. This is my second experience with lice (my eldest daughter had it 3 years ago), and that experience was awful. This time, the experience is still terrible, but my fear and anxiety were greatly lessened by these calm, experienced, knowledgeable women. For that alone, taking my kids to them was worth it. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to deal with the horror that is lice. Thank you, Betty and Marissa!
